Celebrating our Decaversary

Last Friday, Steven and I celebrated 10 years of marriage. We were able to sneak away for about 36 hours and enjoy some time alone. We left around 11am on Friday and headed to Grapevine, TX to the Gaylord Texan. There is an Ice exhibit that some friends were telling me was really cool (literal and figuratively) so we decided we’d check it out. We ate at our favorite spots and it was so yummy. Ice was amazing. If you haven’t even been, I encourage you to go. We hope to take the kids when they are a few years older. We also went to Downtown Grapevine and walked around and checked out all the Christmas decorations and the shops. We also want to take the kids there in the future; there are so many fun things for kids and families to do. The next morning after sleeping late (which was so nice) we did a little Christmas shopping before heading back home. We had so much fun just being together and doing things just for us.

We have been so blessed these past 10 years. When we got married, neither of us could have imagined this life we have now, but now, we couldn’t imagine our life any other way.

Be blessed,

Michelle
