Things I Love: Days 3-7

Of course, I’m behind, so without further ado, let’s get back to Things I Love….

Day #3: I love Steven’s work schedule. Steven works Monday – Thursday and he’s off Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. This schedule is soooo nice when it comes to helping out with the kids. I always make our big doctors appointments on Fridays because I know I’ll have his help. He does have to travel from time to time, but overall, it’s so nice to have him home three days a week.

Day #4: I love date nights with my sweetie. Steven and I are so fortunate to have such a big family that all live close by, and not only that, they love our kids. Our kids love to go to their Meme’s, Nana’s, and Grandma’s house, as well was Aunt Kayla and Aunt Kristian’s house. Now that the kids are older, we split them up 2x2x2 and let them go visit while we get out and run errands together. Our date nights always consist of grocery shopping but it’s still nice to get away and have some alone time and adult interaction.

Day #5: I love Sundays and time with my family. I love going to church on Sundays and being with my church family. Sundays also mean football and I love me some football, especially the Cowboys. This past Sunday my whole family got together at my sister’s house to watch the Super Bowl.

Day #6: I love our preschool teachers. I love the preschool that my kids attend. They have learned so much and grown so much from being able to socialize with other kids. They have learned to make friends outside our family. They have a bible lesson everyday, which I totally love. But most of all, they are loved while they are there. I was so scared to leave Brady last year because I didn’t know anyone at the school, but that all quickly changed. He loved his teachers and his teachers loved him. I didn’t have one worry about sending the quints this year because I knew they’d be in good hands. The teachers do a great job of teaching but most importantly they do a fantastic job of loving my babies, and there is nothing more important to me in this world than to know my kids are safe and being loved.

Day #7: I love my friends. I’m not going to call names because I’d leave someone out, but I seriously have the most amazing friends in the whole world. Some of my friends have been my friends forever, some a short time, and some I’ve never even met; whichever you are, please know I love you and treasure our friendship.

Be blessed,

Michelle
