Three years ago today, we brought our precious Mia home from the Baylor NICU. I was surprised Mia was the third baby to come home because she struggled so much for the first 2 months of life, but once the doctors figured out she had a narrow airway, and she had a couple of surgeries to stretch her airway, she started to do so much better.
Mia is my spunky child. She is a fighter. And if you look up tough in the dictionary, there should be a picture of Mia, because she is so tough and so strong. She loves life and lives it to the fullest. She has the most hilarious laugh and usually always has a smile on her face. She bossy, but that’s what I’d expect from the oldest quint. Mia brings so much joy to everyone she’s around.
Happy 3rd Homecoming Day Mia! I’m so thankful God gave me you….you have brightened my life and brought me so much laughter and I can’t wait to see what wonderful things you do in this world with your life. You are truly an amazing little girl!
