Columbus Day 2017

Yesterday both Steven and Brady had the day off. The quints had school which meant Steven and I got to have some one-on-one time with Brady. After we dropped the littles off at school we went to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel.

Then we went to Target so the guys could get their flu shots. Brady hates shots so I tried the bribery approach. I told him if he didn’t cry I’d buy him a toy. Actually, I didn’t care if he cried I just didn’t want him to completely freak out like he usually does. Y’all… he did so well! He didn’t cry at all. It was amazing! He told me it didn’t even hurt. 😲 We walked out of the room and straight to the toy isle. He was so proud of himself and we are so proud of him. And the best part, Target gives you a $5 gift card when you get your shot so we used it towards his toy!

We ran a few more errands then it was time to pick up the quints. We grabbed some pizza and headed to the park. It was a great day with the family. ❤️

I’m so thankful for days like today when we can relax, have fun, and enjoy being together as a family. We are incredibly blessed. ❤️

Be blessed,
