Memory Verse & Easter Recap

This week’s memory verse is from 2 Tim 3: 16-17:

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correction, and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

We had such a wonderful weekend with our family. Wednesday the quints had their Easter party at school. They enjoyed hunting eggs with all their friends.

Friday we had our picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Then we came home and painted/dyed eggs.

Then we played outside.

Saturday we got ready and headed to the church for an egg hunt. They kids enjoyed snacks, crafts, and another egg hunt.

Our fish, Dory, died. We (or should I say I) had him for 3 years! He was a good fish, but I’m kinda happy to be pet-less again. Brady wants a hairless cat now. (That ain’t happening!) So long Dory! You were a good fish!

Later that day we had our family over to finger food and another egg hunt. We had so much fun and the weather was gorgeous.

Sunday the kids looked through their Easter baskets to see what the Easter Bunny brought them. Then we headed to church. After church we had lunch with my mom and we had dinner with Steven’s mom.

They all got new pajamas, toothbrush, chocolate bunny, candy, and a fan. Their big gift was the movie Ferdinand. They were so excited.

It was a fun-filled weekend. I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend as well.

Have a great week!

Be blessed,
