On my Facebook page I’ve been playing a Guess Who game with old pictures of the quints. It’s been so fun to read everyone’s guesses. And I have loved going through pictures of when the kids were little. Well, technically they’re still little but they are growing up so fast and have changed so much. So here’s a few of oldies for you to enjoy as well as some new pictures.

Life Latelyย

So I spent every day last week posting on our vacation. So this week will be a catch-up week. Here’s what we’ve been up to lately.

Our Seals Summer Theme Week last week was Bugs. Unfortunately, I only did one real activity with the kids, so I’ve decided to extend Bug Week to this week too! I love not having any rules!

We got home from vacation around 12:30 Monday and had to have Brady at swim lessons by 1pm! He did so good and is very comfortable in the water now. Thank you Harley and Makenna for teaching him to swim.

Tuesday we went bowling. ย ๐ŸŽณ
And celebrated Brant’s 3rd NICU Homecoming Day!

Wednesday, Tessa got sick. ๐Ÿคข๐Ÿ˜ท
(Stomach virus)

Thursday, Brady had his last t-ball game. He played so well; I’m glad he ended the season on a positive note. We are so proud of the our little team. The Rascals had a great year!

Saturday, we celebrated Ms. Mary’s birthday.

By the end of Saturday, The Virus had claimed 3 more victims: Mia, Gracie, and Brady.

And Sunday Rayleigh became the 5th victim. ๐Ÿ˜ซ
This stomach virus hasn’t been as terrible as previous stomach viruses. Tessa had it the worst and felt bad for 3 days but everyone else would vomit or have diarrhea and then be fine. It was weird. I pray they are all going to be over it very soon. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

New Beds for our Girlies

It is official, we no longer have babies in the Seals house. Last Friday Steven took all the cribs down and we gave them away. They were replaced with 4 twin beds for each of our little sweethearts. Gracie and Mia share a room and Rayleigh and Tessa share a room. (Brady and Brant share a room.)

Here’s a look at the beds. Once I have the rooms decorated I’ll take you on a tour. ๐Ÿ˜‰

So far, the girls have done great sleeping in their new beds. I was concerned it would be a difficult transition but they have surprised me, in a good way. ๐Ÿ˜€

Life Latelyย

Once again, we had a fun-filled weekend with lots of birthday celebrations. Other than March (which is Brady, Mia, Tessa, Brant, Gracie, and Rayleigh’s birthday month) May is our other busy birthday month. This weekend we celebrated Kayla’s birthday. Brady attended Coby’s birthday party on Saturday too so we have been in the celebrating mood all month long!

We went out for pizza for Kayla’s birthday. ๐Ÿ•

Sunday was church and I attended a wedding. After evening services we all went out to celebrate Kayla one more time.

This week kicks off The Seals Summer Theme Weeks! Tom and I sat down and planned out 13 weeks of fun for the Six Sweet Seals. I am hoping the kids will enjoy all our activities and have a fun-fill summer. This week is Kids in the Kitchen Week. I will post about our weekly adventures every Monday this summer so stay tuned. The first Summer Theme Week post will be next Monday!

Weekend Recap

Hey y’all! What a busy weekend we had, I feel like I’m always saying that these days but it’s the truth, this is a very busy time of the year for us. Hopefully things are about to calm down now that preschool is about to be done for the summer.

Steven was out of town last week. Of course we missed him terribly and were happy to have him back home late Thursday night. Brady’s game was cancelled Thursday due to rain. Friday our Cardinals played their last baseball game of the season. ย They had a great year and we are very proud of them. (Steven stayed home with the kids while I went to the game.)

As you can see, the whole baseball team bleached their hair for the playoffs.

It started raining but thankfully my brother shared his umbrella with me. And the rain didn’t last but a few minutes.

Saturday was prom night. So we went to Kayla’s to see Gage and Makenna all dressed up.

Gage and Makenna

My handsome nephew Gage.

My beautiful niece Makenna.

Makenna and her handsome date, Alex. Y’all, Alex is one of the sweetest kids I’ve ever known. He is a sweetheart.

Gage and Cameron. Cam is our cousin and another great kid. They look very handsome, if I must say so myself.

The kids were excited to see everyone all dressed up.

After the big kids left for prom, the rest of us headed to TaMolly’s to celebrate Steven’s birthday.

Sunday we had church, Steven grilled steaks, we did some visiting and gave out our Mother’s Day gifts, and after evening church service we ate pizza.

This is the last week of school. Tonight is the end of year program. Tomorrow we have a field trip and then our summer officially begins!!!

Our Busy Weekendย

Is it Friday yet? Because I’m still exhausted from my birthday weekend. We were so busy and the kids are way off their schedule, needless to say, I had to deal with some grumpy kids yesterday morning. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Thursday night we were at the ballpark watching our favorite t-baller. We had the late game which put us getting home late. โšพ๏ธ

โ€‹Friday we were back at the ballpark watching our favorite baseball player. Our high school team is in the playoffs and they won the first round game. So proud of all the Cardinals. This was the first playoff game for the quints and they did great and had lots of fun playing with all their little friends. We love watching Gage!!!!โšพ๏ธ

Saturday morning was slow and boring but Saturday night was a blast with Mexican food and bowling with the family. #37๐ŸŽ‚๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽณ๐ŸŒฎ

Sunday was church followed by 2 birthday parties in 2 different towns!!! We went to Kimber’s party first then made it to Chloe and Kinley’s birthday parties. Then we planted some flowers and our front porch is looking so pretty and ready for summer! That night we enjoyed steaks at Kayla’s house.

It was a fun and extremely busy weekend but we made it! This time of the year is always hectic. The kids have this week and one more week of school and then we will be done for the summer!!!! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

I’m looking forward to having the days completely free so we can enjoy the beautiful summer weather and play outside in the water. ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ˜Ž
